Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber, peeled.
- 1 medium-sized onion.
- 1 medium-sized tomato.
- 1 small carrot, peeled.
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves.
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp chat masala (a tangy spice blend available in Indian stores)
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Take a SEMORA PUSH CHOPPER and finely chop the peeled cucumber, onion, tomato, peeled carrot and coriander leaves.
- Take a bowl, add all your finely chopped vegetables that you’ve chopped from SEMORA PUSH CHOPPER.
- Then add the finely chopped coriander leaves in the bowl.
- Take the bowl, mix it together with cumin powder, pepper powder, chat masala, lemon juice, and salt to make the dressing.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to meld together.
- Garnish with additional coriander leaves before serving.
